City Planner

This is my entry to the GDEX 2020 Game Jam. The theme was Community.

There is still time left in the jam but I want to be able to address feedback + fix bugs in the few hours before the jam ends.

The game is controlled entirely with the mouse. Enjoy!

Non-web versions available upon request: only Web was tested. "Quit" buttons just quit execution - your tab with a non-running game will continue. Sorry about that!
